Jordan Fleming brings over two decades of hard-won experience to Fleming Homes. As a graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, with a degree in Business Economics, Jordan immediately entered the construction field. His success in both residential (single and multi-family) and commercial construction and restoration projects have allowed him to apply his skills and knowledge to consistently demonstrate his care for building the utmost quality and value into every project in which he is involved.

In 2009, Jordan partnered with Wayne Baker and CRC (Cary Reconstruction Company) and was instrumental in creating a powerhouse of a company with multiple locations in multiple states and an annual revenue of over 42 million dollars before they dedicated their full hearts and passion to land development and quality homes. 

In a short period of time, Fleming Homes has become the homebuilder of choice in Middle Tennessee. Communities such as Amber Pointe, The Estates on Sandy Valley Road, Timber Ridge, Ballentrace, Emerald Valley Lake Estate, Freedom Farms, Lake Haven Estates, Richardson Farms, Freedom Estates, and the upcoming developments that will continue to illustrate Fleming Homes’ vision and dedication to quality.

Wayne Baker

Chief Operating Officer

Wayne Baker brings a unique background to Fleming Homes. Mr. Baker began his career as a draftsman for Duke Energy and it wasn’t long before he saw unmet market needs and from those created a series of successful companies all related to homebuilding and restoration.

His first company, Color Craft Inc., was founded in 1988, grew dramatically, and subsequently sold in 1999. Cary Reconstruction Company (CRC) became the next of Mr. Baker’s success stories. Acquired in 1994, with a total 8 employees and one location, Cary Reconstruction Company grew to achieve annual revenues of over 42 million dollars. The firm grew to employ over 200 associates and technicians – in 7 locations – and was honored as one of the three fastest-growing companies in North Carolina – 3 years in a row. In fact, in 2014, Cary Reconstruction Company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the largest growing companies in the entire United States. Not surprisingly, CRC and its accomplishments caught the attention of a large private equity firm. Wayne made the decision to sell Cary Reconstruction Company, so that he could focus all of his time and talents on Fleming Homes. Wayne’s dedication and passion for exceeding his clients’ expectations continues at Fleming Homes.

With a proven track record of exceptional homes in neighborhoods such as; Riverwood Country Club, Rand Meadows, Summer Ridge, Grissom Farms, Fairground Pointe and Polenta Road, Tapestry, Barclay Farms, Steele Creek, and continues to identify and create exceptions developments. Wayne Baker has truly defined taking concepts to communities.

Jaeson Peck

TN Project Manager

Jaeson Peck is the one-man wrecking ball who is dedicated to ensure your home is delivered to our quality. His attention to detail and focus on each custom home shines bright during each walk through with our homeowners. Jaeson is a man of character that takes the time to walk every room and review every feature and options with his home owners. His genuine care about each and every home stands out as a cut above the rest (and he wont rest until it is!)!

Adam Laney

TN Project Manager

Adam is another success story that starts right here in Wilson County. Adam is able to use his 20 plus years of on-site framing and home building to guide, direct, and most importantly deliver consistent structural integrity on every build. Additionally, his passion for new technology is highlighted in his computer skills in CAD, architectural drawings, renderings, 3D plans, professional house measurements, and drone videography!

Cayce Givens

TN Project Manager

Cayce is our latest and greatest addition to our Project Management Team in TN. His skills and talents are focused from managing each home through the trim out construction cycle. He has his cross hairs on quality assurance for millworks, trim, cabinets, fixtures, tile, granite, and all aspect to completion. Cayce hits the bullseye on quality control and has an excellent approach to each blue tape walk through with every customer.

Lora Peck

TN Project Coordinator

Lora continually commands the ship as the All-Star Project Coordinator. She consistently leads the charge for managing our teams’ production and scheduling, Queen of Builder Trend software program, leads and directs our project managers. She is instrumental in the entire process from pulling permits to the final occupancy!

Kim Szarek & Amber Fleming

Accounting Team

Team accounting, need we say more.

The real heart of any organization is their accounting department, and Fleming Home is no exception. The team of Kim Szarek and Amber Fleming share all of these responsibilities, and these two ladies are on their game.

From accounts payable in Tennessee to accounts receivable in North Carolina – and everything in-between, Kim and Amber have it covered. And that’s saying something.

Each week a literal ton of paper and emails (too numerous to count), pass through their hands or their screens and each and every one of them is handled with the respect and professionalism that they require.

In fact, Fleming Homes is known for paying promptly. An anomaly in the home building industry, that affords Fleming Homes their choice in trade partners. In addition to handling the Human Resources department Kim is Fleming Homes’ master control.

Likewise, Amber is a master at knowing all of our trade partners and being the calming influence of the company.

Brandon Price

NC Project Manager

Brandon is boots on the ground on every one of his homes all day every day! He brings a level of dedication, discipline and eye for craftsmanship to his role at Fleming Homes that has enabled him to achieve success in all of his past endeavors.

Brandon began his career as a member of the US Army Reserves, which led to a successful tour of duty in Iraq. Post Iraq, Brandon spent several years working as an estimator and project manager for two of the area’s largest firms specializing in the construction restoration industry. Mr. Price earned his experience the old-fashioned way – from the ground up.

He understood early on that you can only learn so much sitting at a desk. Brandon’s distinct eye for craftsmanship and his dedication to getting the job done right are the product of the countless hours that he spent in the field learning the correct way to accomplish every task, while managing teams of sub-contractors and properly setting homeowners’ expectations.

Terry Gilbert

NC Project Manager

Terry brings a seasoned viewpoint and a wealth of experience to Fleming Homes. Perhaps it is his decades in both the new construction business and the insurance restoration business, but Terry has the unique ability to understand how important it is to do things right the first time.

As the president of his own firm, and a partner in another, Terry understands both scheduling and supervision of the building trades and he holds them accountable, which ensures the best quality craftsmanship.

Bevin Nave

Designer

Bevin’s ability to put a custom signature touch on every home is unparallel. Her background and studies in design aid as she stays current with the trends, colors, finishes, fixtures, and styles and applies them to every project. Bevin can transform a vision on paper into a realized custom home. She selects all the exterior and interior colors, textures, finishes, trim/millworks, flooring, granite, tile designs, paint, features and options! She is boots on the ground and comes through the process to make sure every detail is executed. She is an amazing resource to our custom builds and offers her insight from start to finish with hand holding every customer and home owner!
